The three films have also been available for download as well for quite some time. I understand the file sizes are pretty big but the dub has always been available for download.

As of right now I have no intentions of posting the remaining seasons of the old dub due to I want to give things time as I’m very weary of posting anything to do with Sailor Moon’s original English dub after losing my YouTube channel as it had been devoted to releasing remasters of the original dub, which the licensing for has lapsed and the audio is no longer owned, but it was taken down due to the footage being owned by Toei Animation. So for now only season 1 and the remasters I did of the three films will be available on the site.
